Pathway To Leadership 

Opportunity to advance to DSGO’s Board of Directors. 

Expectations 

  • Commitment: One-year term with an option for renewal.
  • Meetings: Attendance at 9 out of 11 scheduled monthly meetings.
  • Volunteer Service:
    • Mandatory: Participation in Santa’s Workshop event.
    • Additional Service: Participation in at least one additional DSGO event (Step Up and Splash, March Madness, OWWS, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Open to individuals from college age up to 35.
  • Mission Alignment: Passionate about supporting DSGO’s vision of inclusion and advocacy for individuals with Down syndrome and other disabilities.
  • Commitment to Service: Willingness to engage in leadership, fundraising, and community outreach efforts.
